What does "full access" mean?
A single M-Pesa payment gives you full access to every profile in one catalog (women or men) — photos, bio, interests and direct messaging — for your chosen window (24hr, 7, 14 or 30 days). You are not paying per profile; one payment covers everything in that catalog. The other catalog needs its own separate access window.
How does the M-Pesa payment work?
We use Safaricom Daraja STK Push. You enter your M-Pesa number, a payment prompt appears on your phone, you enter your PIN, and access activates the moment Safaricom confirms the payment — usually within seconds.
Are the profiles real and verified?
Yes — for both women's and men's profiles. Every profile requires a signed consent form, a verified Safaricom number and admin review before it goes live. No profile is published automatically. We also have a reporting system so the community can flag anything suspicious.
Can I see profiles before paying?
You can see anonymised previews — first name, county, age range, build and interests — before paying. Full photos and bio are hidden until your access window is active, to protect the privacy of everyone listed on the platform.
What happens when my access window expires?
Profiles return to previews. Any conversations you started remain in your inbox — you won't lose your message history. To continue messaging and viewing photos, renew your access window via M-Pesa from your dashboard.
How do I list my profile?
Register with your email and phone number, select "A Woman" or "A Man" when joining, fill in your profile and upload photos, then sign the consent form digitally. Your profile goes into an admin review queue — you'll get a notification when it goes live. Listing is completely free for both women and men.
Is my phone number shared with other members?
Not automatically. Your phone number is used only for account verification and payments. Contact details are exchanged only when you choose to share them directly in a conversation.
How do I report a suspicious profile?
Every profile — in either catalog — has a Report button visible to logged-in users. Reports go directly to our moderation team, who review and act within 24 hours. Profiles under review are suspended pending investigation.

All access window payments are final and non-refundable. Access activates immediately on confirmed M-Pesa payment. If your payment was deducted but access did not activate, contact support with your M-Pesa receipt number within 24 hours.
